Day 1 - Guwahati to Bhalukpong

Welcome to Guwahati. On arrival at Guwahati Airport/Station meet our representative and drive to Bhalukpong.
Bhalukpung is a small town located along the southern reaches of the Himalayas in West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh in India. Major Tourist attractions in Bhalukpong include the Tipi Orchidarium, which hosts over 2600 cultivated orchids from 80 different species.
Check-in at the Hotel. Overnight in Bhalukpong.

Day 2 - Bhalukpong to Dirang

After breakfast, drive to the most beautiful Dirang Valley. It is an almost picture-perfect Tibetan – Monpa stone village marred only by the main road. Above the picturesque stone houses rises a steep rocky hill topped with Old Dirangs Gompa and several walls. The Regional Apple Nursery & Kiwi Farms are situated across the river valley and one has to cross over through a small bridge.

Day 3 - Explore Sangti Valley - Dirang

Post breakfast, explore the villages and other famous sightseeing destinations of Dirang and nearby destinations. Dirang valley is a beautiful valley in the foothills of the Himalayan ranges. We will visit the picturesque locations of Sangti Valley : Sangti Valley is a definite tourist spot if you love nature dotted with pristine forests and meandering fast hill rivers and home to a very interesting culture and tradition. Around this valley you can witness interesting features like various fruit orchids and exotic birds. Visit Dirang Dzong at the end of day.

Day 4 - Dirang to Tawang ( 150 kms - 6 hours)

Post breakfast we will start our onward journey for Tawang. We will make 3 stops. We will reach Tawang by evening.
• Nyukmadong War memorial.
• Sela Lake, situated at an elevation of 4170 m. It is a breathtaking experience. The lake remains frozen throughout the winter.
Sela pass is situated at about 13,700 feet above MSL and is known to be home to more than 101 lakes. Each of these lakes are considered very religious by the Buddhist community.
Sela Pass is a mountain pass which you will need to cross before reaching Tawang. This place remains mostly covered in snow and is usually too much windy. A breathtaking place in Arunachal Pradesh is a high altitude mountain pass Se-La, with La denoting Pass is a must visit attraction.

Day 5 - Explore Tawang

Post breakfast we will be exploring Tawang. The major attractions for today are: Tawang Monastery for eternal peace ( The Monastery is the second biggest and oldest in Asia and is known as the Tawang Ganden Namgyal Lhatse i.e., the celestial paradise of divine site chosen by the horse was founded by Merag Lodroe Gyamtso in the year 1680-81.),
The Giant Buddha Statue, Madhuri Lake, Tawang War Memorial and the Tawang local market. Explore the whole Tawang and try the ethnic local cuisines.

Day 6 - Tawang - Bumla Pass - Tawang

Post breakfast we will be heading towards the most famous Bumla Pass.
At an elevation of 5,000 m above the sea level, the Bum La Pass marks the Indo-China border. A prominent attraction of Arunachal Pradesh. Bumla Pass has witnessed many memorable events that make it a special one in the history of India. When on a visit to Bumla Pass, make a point to see the route from where Dalai Lama entered India to take a refuge. Also, there's a lake called Sangestar Tso, which is worth a watch. Make a point to get a picture clicked, and place a pebble stone in front of the Heap of Stones, which is a tribute to the Indian Army guardians of the border.
Will reach back to the Tawang homestay in the late afternoon or evening (depending upon the road and weather condition.)

Day 7 - Tawang - Zemithang ( 4 hours - 80 kms)

In the early morning, start the journey to the border village of Zemithang. A tiny Monpa village perched, Zemithang is a great place for snow covered beautiful landscapes. Since hardly any tourists head this far, the place is practically untouched. A perfect place to experience the raw tribal way of life. Explore some of the significant to-visit places around such as, the Gorsam Chorten which is believed to have been constructed in the early parts of the 12th century. Back to Tawang Homestay.

Day 8 - Tawang to Bomdila ( 175 kms - 6 hours)

Post breakfast, We will drive to Bomdila through the lush green mountains of Arunachal Pradesh. The major attractions for today are : Bomdila View Point , Monastery at Bomdila ( This abode to Buddhist monks and Llamas is the biggest attraction in Bomdila. The monastery is also believed to be an exact replica of Tsona Gontse Monastery, Tibet.), The local market for shopping. Overnight at Homestay.

Day 9 - Bomdila to Nameri ( 170 kms - 5 hours )

Post breakfast, we will be driving to Nameri National Park and Forest Reserve. A long drive full of good memories and experiences through the beautiful valleys of Arunachal. Have a Jungle Trek or Safari at Nameri National Park and River Rafting Experience at the majestic Kameng River. After lunch it's time for leisure activity around the resort or one can opt for Angling in River Jia Bhoroli. The river is home to the Golden Mahseer or the tiger of the Jia Bhoroli.
We will drop by in the late evening at the Eco Camp.

Day 10 - Nameri - Guwahati ( 200 kms - 5 hours)

Post breakfast, its time to check out from the eco-camp. We will be driving back to Guwahati for the drop. Undesirably, the day has come to bid adieu to the exotic nature and landscape of Northeast India.

  • River Cruise or Safari Charges.
  • Any Camera and monument entry fees.
  • Anything not mentioned in the above "Inclusion Part.

Finderbridge reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, pandemic lockdowns, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

The package of the tour may vary on the number of people that will be coming in the tour.

Confirmation Policy

  • Payment can be done in parts.
  • After making your first payment, you will get an email confirmation.
  • Once you make the 100% payment for your booking, you'll get the booking voucher containing all the information about your trip.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment Terms Policy

100% of total tour cost will have to be paid 10 days before the date of travel.
